Reporting to the Head of Global Sponsorships, the Student Assistant will be part of the Global Carlsberg Brand team and assist in day-to-day task across the team, including development of key sponsor activities with our global properties, delivery of Carlsberg’s world class hospitality program, as well as administrative tasks.

As a Student Assistant in the Carlsberg Brand team you will be based in Copenhagen and work approx. 20 hours per week, with flexibility according to your study schedule. The Carlsberg Brand team is a dynamic, international team and you will work with internal and external stakeholders from around the world and at all levels, so the perfect candidate is extroverted, positive and service minded.

In order to succeed in the role, it is necessary that you have a ‘can-do’ and ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ attitude.

Responsibilities

You will assist the Head of Global Sponsorships day-to-day including:

  • Consumer faced activities across sponsorship properties
  • SoMe content
  • Ticket & hospitality program for sponsorship properties
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks across the Core Beer team

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 1 year left or your studies

  • BA or MSc student within Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Innovation
  • Fluent in English
  • Beer and football knowledge would be an appreciated bonus, but not a requirement

Start: 1 August 2020

Working hours: 20 hours per week. Outside business hours work is required during some peak periods.
