As Student Assistant in Global IT Services you will have task within managing and filing contracts in Veeva Vault platform, administration of licenses, follow up on invoicing, prepare reporting and help onboarding new colleagues etc. You will have collaborators across the organization and become part of an international team.

Your main responsibilities are:
Ideally, you are starting your third year of your Bachelor studies or the first year of your Master’s studies in the fields of Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, IT or something completely different. You can see yourself in the position as Student Assistant for Global IT for the next 2 years. Most importantly, you have a proactive, positive and independent approach and you are interested in how IT can transform business.
The following qualifications are desirable:
You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken.
You work independently and can run with a task with little supervision. You are detail oriented, a self-starter and learn at a quick pace. You are a doer and not afraid to learn from your mistakes. You meet any task with the same energy, regardless of how interesting it is for you personally. You are conscientious about your tasks, solution oriented and focused on meeting deadlines.

Work hours: 15 hours a week is expected. In peak hours up to 20 hours per week. Flexibility around your exams can be arranged with your manager and coordinated in the team.
